Where do we store your data?
The data that we collect from you is stored as hard copy in our office in folders and in our main computer.
Who can access your data?
We never pass on, sell or swap your data for marketing purposes to third parties outside the company.
How do we use your Data and why?
We will only use your personal information to provide the Services you have requested from us. We will only use this information subject to your instructions, data protection law and our duty of confidentiality.
For clients (including your assistants), our lawful reason for processing your personal information is “Legitimate Interests”. Under “legitimate interests” we can process your personal information if: we have a genuine and legitimate reason and we are not harming any of your rights and interests.
By submitting your personal data, you’re agreeing to this transfer, storing or processing.

You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold on you at any time. You can contact us by email or phone and we will provide you with your personal data.

You have the right to request rectification of your personal data if the information is incorrect, including the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
Right to erasure:
You have the right to erase any personal data processed by EarthSpirit at any time except for the following situations:
*you have an ongoing matter with our Office
*you have an unsettled debt with EarthSpirit, regardless of the payment method
*if you are suspected or have misused our services within the last four years
Your right to object to processing based on legitimate interest:
You have the right to object to processing of your personal data that is based on EarthSpirit’s legitimate interest. EarthSpirit will not continue to process the personal data unless we can demostrate legitimate grounds for the process which overrides your interest and rights or due to legal claims.

We may need to update our Privacy Notice. The latest version of the Privacy Notice is always available on our website. We will communicate any material changes to the Privacy Notice, for example the purpose of why we use your personal data, the identity of the Controller or your rights.

Non-sensitive details (your email address etc.) are sent normally over the Internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

How Long Will We Hold Your Data For? We will hold your hard copy printed data indefinitely for as long as you didn't clearly state that you want to remove your data from our system for historical research and statistical purposes.
We want to make sure your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate by writing to the above address. Objections to Processing of Personal Data It is your right to lodge an objection to the processing of your personal data if you feel the “ground relating to your particular situation” apply. The supervisory authority will then tell you of the progress and outcome of your complaint. The supervisory authority in the UK is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
